That's the problem, I'll bet we run the same margin they do, but ours cost us a lot more to make.

Didn't apart of your system mess up and you had to install a presilencer or Borla XR-1?

What I thought you said in earlier threads.

There it is . Where the presilencer in the system you said split.

Not trying to bash the exhaust anymore (since I frankly don't give a flying **** anymore), but I do like honest opinions. Just like how I want to find the ******* that told me a Camden was going to me do 270 to the wheels .

Just like their new dual exhaust is also an RB knockoff.
So Corksport were the first in the world to design FC exhaust systems? Or is yours in fact a knock-off of someone else's? Or perhaps it's just the logical way to design an exhaust! Like I've said to you before (and you ignored) there are only certain ways to design these systems. What's so revolutionary about yours that makes anything that looks similar a knock-off? The mufflers and tips on the Motoria dual system look nothing like RB's so how exactly is it a knock-off? How are you supposed to design a dual system for the FC that would avoid it being called a knock-off by you?

I only say that theirs is a knockoff of ours because I have direct knowledge of them purchasing one of our exhausts and then sending it overseas to be mass produced. I don't doubt that there are 10000 exhausts that are very similar and I don't try and claim that we invented the single exit exhaust, but what I do say is that it is supremely irritating when people constantly infer that ours and theirs are the same product. Having your name associated with SSAC isn't exactly an accolade of honor now is it? They're fairly well known as being crap.

Also, the RB knockoff I was referring to comes from SSACs website. If you go and look at http://www.ssautochrome.com/level.itml/icOid/1482 and look at the first one you'll note it is described as "2ND GEN FC3S 86-92 "DUAL EXHAUST" BEAT STYLE MAZDA RX7 TURBO BACK USA only".

Now with a name like that, and pictures like those, tell me that it isn't a knockoff of the RB exhaust.

well i have the 3inch turbo back and its awesome i have had for alittle over a year now and the only problem i had was i scraped the cat\resonator on a big speed bump repeatidly (in my apt complex) it broke the weld, but inturn i took it off and took it to my friends shop and welded a good bead around it and now three months later still sounds great. if you all dont like loud exhausts then wear ear plugs when you race. stop knocking it , esspecially when there are more people that have it and love it versus you haters that must be sitting on a trust fund because as sub9lulu said fc owners are cheap and anyway if fc owners were rich do you honestly think we would be still driving a fc no no we would be behind the wheel of a beautiful fd with single turbo setup so lets get over it and move on with the exhaust talk lets move onto more knowledgeable things like how to tune a safc2 you know like what a good setting for the hot wire or pressure sensor and throttle percentages the stuff that matters not umm do you think my car is to loud for one only women care what a car sounds like loud or quite all i care is that when i push the gas it buries the speedo

and yes im done but if anyone know how to tune a safc2 please let me in on the settings for a na s4

Actually the general consensus amongst owners of SSAC FC exhuasts seems to be fairly positive. Every thread about their products seems to be filled with people who've never seen one saying they're crap, people saying other totally unrelated SSAC products are crap, people selling competing products saying they're crap, and people who actually have one and are very happy with it.

Other than the general layout (which is exactly the same as all other dual systems including the stock one), it doesn't look anything at all like the RB system whatever silly name they call it. So no it's obviously not a knock-off. A knock-off is a direct copy.

NZ, lets not argue any furter. I don't get paid on commission, so if people go out and buy 1000 exhausts from other people, while not my preference, that's too bad and I'll get over it. I just get about 5 emails a day from people asking me about our "CorkSport/SSAC Cat-back exhaust" and it drives me up the wall. We actually changed the can on our exhaust so it wouldn't look like theirs as much. I wonder how long that will last?
