I put in my motor mounts upside down , or so Ive been told, I also didnt put the metal cups on there.

Ive been told it was no big deal and doesnt matter by Kevin Landers, but I was wondering if anyone else has done this and drove with their car this way ?

Someone else told me it can make the driveshaft not be in the correct position because the engine may not be as high as it should be and cause extra stress on the driveshaft.

I have about 2000 miles on it with them like this, I'm not really worried about it just wondering if anyone thinks it is a potential problem, or if anyone else has done this and what happened.

Oh and I've not really done alot hard launching on it or drifting , but I have quite a few times just not all the time.

 

Not that big of a deal...
The metal cups are there to keep crap from falling onto the mounts and as a heat shield.
