Part of my point is he is cutting and welding, cutting and welding and some more cutting and welding... All he needs is one shallow bend-much easier and cheaper, same or better affect.

Bends may not affect maximum flow rate, but putting my TID (I had cone intake on before) on made a major increase in turbos respose or "spool-up" as well as raising max boost a bit (possibly from losing the rubber ribbing). I guess it might be because bends increase the length of the TID and so lengthen the air column the turbo has to accelerate as it spools? I think less bends=better response. Maybe I'll try it out making a TID like a 3" dia. crazy straw to see.

V.... My car is Artic Silver
It's a 88 GXL
I have not been to any hang outs in a while
I don't go unless I have My Rex
and she has a broken tranny
but will be getting one from my engine Builder (Jerry/ Big Boyz Toys)
This weekend and hope to have it running by saturday

I'll be racing my car Feb 10th at speedworld
so make sure to be there BogusFile
I want you to tell me how my car looks from behind
cause that the only view your going to get..LoL
and no sneaking NOS either..
HAHA them are big words pal. Hey, if you can have a power adder so can I unless you dont want to play fair? My motor is going to remain stock untill I get some debt paid of, so I could very well be seeing your tail lights, but that won't last long buddy. When Im though, you will see nothing but a blur in the distance. You'll have enough time to read my ET and call me every filthy word in the book before you cross the traps lol. I may not be able to make it any time soon though, due to a mangled pinion gear and a diff mount that has been torn apart.
Hopefully I can get my carb tuned right before I get out to the track again. later

looks like I wont be able to get a loan soon, I just calculated all my monthly bills, and I would not have enough to pay loan plus insurance on 2 RX-7 ( I have a couple of tickets, so they dont like me too well .

I think I'm just gona save up till summer, and then look for one.

Damn shame to cus that a good price.

I'm sure I'll have one by the end of summer. (hopefully) as long as my GTU stays runing lol.

OK one more Question just to know.

Thsi problem withe the boost sensor, does it have to do with a bad wire going to the ECU?? or can it be mroe complicated than that? As far as I ahve read, I ruled out the posibility of a bad turbo if its still boosting every time.

Also about that window, what exatly is wrong with it?
