Smile Any "true" 85mm-90mm exhausts

Hi guys,

are there any 85-90mm (about 3.5in) piping diameter exhauts available for the FC TII?
I am looking for one and if I have to, I will do a custom job, but i am just wondering if there is anything.

no you have to make your own above 3 inches. I just complete my 4 inch system and I will never buy a "brand name off the shelf system again"

JIC used to make a 90mm single. If they still do I don't know. Talk to Rishie @ Auto R&D

I used to run the JIC Magic Spec 90 as well. Got it from Rishie at Auto RnD.

The flange is ~ stock turbo outlet diameter (2.5"?).
Then it has a reverse velocity stack to 3" section that makes up the first bend to clear the firewall (you still have to remove the heatshield and bend a heatshield bracket back.
Then it is 3.5" (well 90mm) all the way to the single muffler with its huge tip.

It is LOUD- even with the power robbing tip silencer in.

I am currently running the Spec 90 "downpipe" to the Racing Beat 3" turbo back rear section. They bolt right up once you add a reducer and RB flange to the end of the JIC downpipe!

Much less loud and more subtle looking. Much more ground clearance at the rear axles and for going up driveways too.

I made my own because I wanted a deep sounding (not ricer blaaaaah....) free flowing exhaust and it was not available on the market in a 4''. However by making my own I was able to work the bends and only ended up using 2 45 degree mandrel bends for the down pipe and then a few 5 degree chop angles and it was a straight shot back. The strange thing is I thought I would have a hard time getting the large pipe to fit up under the car but it actually fits closer than my previous corksport.

Also you can see that my previous 3 inch thunderfad DP/MP used 2 90 degree bends and did not fit well in my convertible. The new 4 will flow much more gas and spool my turbo with little to no resistance.
