requesting info on Turbo 2 Series 4
I just bought a T2 Series 4 and would like to know if a series 5 turbo is a good upgrade and will it bolt on without mods? I'm not looking for a super rocket, just a little more power for a daily driver... I'm installing a bigger down pipe and pre-silencer, and a cone filter. Any help is appreciated... There is a picture of my car on my site.
Thanks for any help... Rodney

The S5 turbo is a direct replacement, but you must use the S5 exhaust manifold also. This won't give you a huge improvement on its own, but the superior manifold design and bigger wastegate have more potential.

There should be more real power gains from swapping turbos, as you disable the boost solenoid from the Kouki ECU, and the boost should run similar to a Zenki engine would produce.  The gain is from the totally divided turbo manifold and turbine housing that give you better power down low.
