any 3-rotor builder in cali?

any body knows a shop that puts cosmo engines on the 2nd gens also is it possible to still be emmision legal?

I highly doubt it. not if you have a visual check.

20b's are not street legal. I don't know how RB claims to have CARB legal 20b's, but its simply not possiable under the letter of the law. The 20b was never 'federlized' therefor it is not legal to swap into anouther car.

It would pass a sniffer no problem... but not a visual.
