Ive bought from him numerous times. One time I got a coil/ignitor that was faultly. I emailed him once and i had a new one in 3 days. He didnt even make me return the old one or pay for shipping. From my experience hes a great guy and I would highly recomend him to anyone.

I can't say I would recommend him at all. He sells only crap and with one of my three experiences with him even his new stuff was used.

I do not plan on ordering from him again.

I must say that I have ordered many items on many different occasions from Ernst and have had ZERO problems with him or his parts. I have bought only used parts, trans, multiple axle sets, steering rack, CPU, ECU, and on, and on. All the parts come properly packaged, his positive feedback to me is done in a timely manner, and the parts are shipped quickly.

Sounds like this guy makes up an extremely small minority. He will get his due from eBay for sure.

I've bought from Ernst several times also

And also have had great experience over the last 12 months. Once or twice the part didn't work out and he replaced or refunded very quickly.

The trick with Ernst is to ask questions before the auction to avoid disappointment as his descriptions are short what with all the auctions he does. Ebay has evolved to a focus of his earning a living.

I have used him a few times. Everything always worked out fine.
On my last purcahse he voluntarily gave me a refund because he couldn't ship on time.
He might be having personal problems that are keeping him distracted lately, but I will bet on his honesty and integrity.

RX7World in question

This guy bought a fuel cut defense from me about 3 months ago, a week ago he emailed me saying it didn't work, I asked him to return it and I would give him a refund, then he called and left a phone # which I called but his answering machine said you couldn't leave a message so I emailed him again with no results, then he calls and I talk to him and he said again he wants a refund, so I told him to send it back and I would, but he didn't want to send it back but wanted a refund, I told him I couldn't unless he sent it back, I even told him I would pay the shipping, then he got mad and told me if I didn't return his money he would "you dont get back to me within a week i will file a report with the BBB and put up banners on ebay" Which he followed up with a email saying the same thing. None of this would have happened if he had sent it back. Like I said to his response to the negative feedback he left for me "99% of the people I have met on ebay have been great then you have this guy” I believe that customer service is # 1 and try to live that, but he has surly tested that.

I had purchased a fuel cut defense from you for an 87 rx7, and number one it was used, I can tell by the male connector, and number two it doesnt work. You may have sent me the one for the computer 234 I think it is, and mine is the b05 or something like that i cant remember. I hope that you can find a way to fix this situation.

i got a water pump and housing from him. it was rusty and had acorns in it. he offered to refund my money if i sent it back, but the shipping was more than the thing cost. so i spent hours cleaning it. and i installed it, then i realized it was an n/a water pump housing. maybe its partially my fault for not asking about the turbo specifically, but i think he should have listed it as an n/a water pump housing. and the fact that he said it was in very good condition, when there was rust and acorns and some kind of animal droppings in it. my old water pump was in much better shape, at least by appearance. at least it doesnt leak, and it fixed my overheating problems.

No problems here either, as I have bought many items off of Ernst and had no problems whatsoever.

well with all the good comments about him, maybe I'll try him again, if he has someothing I need.

But, I think I will have to email him and clairify eveything before hand.

I do believe that he does try to make it right, and has refunded some of the money when I have called him on it. I just don't like his grading scale on parts description.

Such as a head light assembly described in good condition yet the headlight cover all bent.

Or a mirror assemble described in good condition, but the plastic all dissolving on the mirror, the silver disolving on the mirror, and the bulb socket all melted.
