Well assuming they fit in the stock location they are pretty much plug and play. If you are going from stock sealed beam headlights this is a conversion to H4. All you will need is a philips screwdriver.
EDIT: I just reread the listing and it says you have to do some wiring for the angel eye part. If you didnt already know sealed beams plug directly into the back of the housing and this is an upgrade where it plugs into the back of changeable bulbs.

My friend used these on his car. The are cheap, the beam pattern is terrible and they dont even give off more light than stock bulbs
The only "cool" thing is the blue outer glow like BMW has.

"Not worth it IMO" CHEERs!

you do not have to have a blue glow. The glow will be dependent on what color and type of bulb you use.
I have a set of standard H4 conversion housings off of ebay with a pair of sylvania silverstars and they are a great improvement from stock housings and bulbs. Not as close to HID as advertised but better than stock IMO and worth the total of 70 bucks I spent. (the bulbs cost $50 at kragen.)

All you guys messing with cheap *** headlights are wasting your money. The beam pattern is terrible and it just blinds the oncoming drivers. I know because I bought a couple sets for the hell of it. The stock headlamps give off better lighting on the road than even 90W H4 bulbs.
Buy Hella or cheaper replacements would be Sylvania.

I personally recommend the Bosch kits. Not nearly as fragile as the Hella, $90 CDN (~$70 USD) for the set with a pair of bulbs included, light quality is just as good as the Hella's.
I broke 3 Hella bulbs (in 6 months), and have not broken a single Bosch bulb amongst 4 cars in the past 8 months.

Okay....
I have the "cheap ebay lights" (NOT angel eyes), and the beam pattern is pretty good. FAR better then stock. They came with 70/90 bulbs, and have the little umbrella shaped covers over the bulbs to keep from blinding the drivers. I am a little worried about the harnesses, but if they do go, it's just an excuse to do relays and wire them up properly.
Be careful which ones you get, but you CAN get decent ones on ebay. Mine were 48 bucks shipped with bulbs. And they do have a very nice bluish-white hue to them (not yellow at all). Similiar to Silverstars, but a little more white (almost exactly like the Farenheit Blues in my GTP).

I got my housing for about $25. I didnt want the cheapy ebay bulbs and bought the silverstars. Good purchase for the money considering the improvement from stock. And yes my housings also came with the "dome" over the bulb to prevent blinding other drivers. Some other ebay ones also have city lights whatever they are for.

My Oldsmobile had sealed beam headlights. www.autooptiks.com makes conversions for sealed beam headlights. I got them and threw in some Sylvania Silver Stars, made all the difference.

I don't know about where you guys are posting from, but those would be illegal here in Bama.
Any blue lights visible on the inside or outside of the car are illegal.
Superwhites aren't illegal, and the BMW/Acura blue headlights aren't illegal. But I believe they would be illegal here.
