I would like to thank J-rat for posting up the emission trick with the alcohol. I use a gallon on denatured alcohol I got from Home Depot for 12+ with about 3/16 of a tank of 87 octane. Once I got the the emissions place I fast passed, but only after they got somebody who actually knew how to drive. I quickly went across the street to the gas station and filled up.
