Question Alignment printouts...questions..

I got my alignment done today and had the lifetime alignment done. So, I can come back as much as I please! Muahahaha.

Ok, so my first question is about the front chamber and caster. The right side is out of adjustment. I know I need to adjust this by turning the strut top. However, which direction do I want to rotate it? Would I go clockwise or counter clockwise a stud hole?

The mechanic really did not want to screw with it at the shop, I didn't have the time, and I would rather do this my self.

Then on the rear what is the best rear chamber position? I have the RB lowering springs so I am guessing that is why it is so out of whack.

Are the stock alignment specs good for a lowered car?
