Question Alarm Systems

Alright, this has really been bugging me ever since i got my car, so im finally going to ask about it.

I have a 1990 TII S5.

1. First of all, im wondering if an alarm system comes stock with FC's, because mine has one.
2. Supposibly, mine is only shock sensitive, but every time i lock the car then unlock it with the key it goes off.
3. I talked to the Mazda dealership and they say there is no such thing as a keyless entry for RX-7's.
4. Do you recommend i either:
a) disarm it and just use the stock locks
b) take it to an electronic mechanic and get it checked out
c) get a new alarm system
d) other suggestion

All help would be appreciated. Thanks!

1. Yes some FC's come with stock alarm.
.. don't know about the others. Seems like an aftermarket alarm.

Most 88+ FCs came with them.

I doubt it is a shock sensor. If it was hitting the A pillar with your open hand would set it off. Sounds more like a bad key switch

That is correct.

A: If it is the stock system, it arms and disarms through the stock locks, and is unable to be removed on a S5, as it is part of the CPU.
B:An electronic mechanic will be useless and a waste of money to trouble shoot a syock system.
C: an additional system is always recommended, but you won't be able to replace the stock system, only fix it.
D: figure out what the problem is. This would be by testing the system yourself and posting the results here.

Do you even know how the stock alarm works? have you read the owners manual?
