Air pump identification

The car is an 87 t2, and didn't come with an air pump. It came time to get tested for emissions, so I went out and got an air pump. According to this rotary builder this is an air pump is for an s4 t2. I went to go install it and I can't even see how this is going to work. Notice I could have the bolts set up wrong or the bracket even because I have no clue how this is supposed to go in the first place, I was basically winging it. Can someone tell me if it's definetly for the s4 t2 and how the hell im supposed to get this bolted up? On the water pump housing there's 3 bolt holes. I have a pic I just so happened to find but doesn't show all the bolt holes. Excuse the dirt and rust. The turbo is now a nice shiny s5 turbo with a bunch of other stuff cleaned up, very old pic.

looks like the stuff I removed from my s4 n/a. take out all the bolts and you'll see how it lines up.
