I run a MOMO Race myself.  Be aware that when buying these afteramarket steering wheels (including the MOMO ones), you need to buy the steering column adapter (up to $80) and maybe a horn button (another $30).

My MOMO Race costed me $200.  The steering wheel adapter was another $60.  The MOMO Race comes with a gray horn button already; not all the MOMO steering wheels come with a horn button.  If you want to change the horn button, it's like another $30.  Most of the more expensive MOMO steering wheels (like $175+) all come with their own horn buttons.
