Would you still think it was opinionated if it came from someone with background as a financial advisor? I personally think it's a bad use of credit, especially at a young age, but what do I know? It's not like I have experience in Finance or anything.

Though at the end of the day, it's your life, it's not like it benefits us significantly whether or not you use your credit responsibly. We're just trying to pitch our educated opinions on the issue in an effort to help you save money over the long run.

Yes, I would and do. The simple fact that the person may have not taken the time and effort to factor in the circumstances of my situation makes his opinion or advice nearly useless, but it is appreciated. I am not going to go out and spend hundreds of dollars on a big screen TV, or fancy clothes, movies, entertainment, food, etc. I can and have eaten for less than $5 a day, and worked 40 hours a week while still attending school maintaining a 3.7 GPA to get what I want. I can go further into explaining this to you but we are not in the Lounge.

Believe what you will, but I don't think the engine blew up because I was using the stock ECU. The fuel was in the 9s and the car never once detonated indicating that the timing was fine. When you take note that it was running pig rich, I was running LESS than stock boost, using 93 octane vs. factory recommended 87, AND using the conservative stock timing maps there is no way in hell the engine could've been damaged because of the ECU. UNLESS it boost spiked AND hit fuel cut at ~5500rpm repeatedly and detonated several times.
