Acid dipping manifolds.
Is this possible. I've sit down with a carbon steel wire (dremel) brush for an hour, destroyed the brush and only got one intake runner clean, and it doesn't really look that great.
The LIM is dirty as hell too and I don't really wanna go through the same bs...
*I know dremel brushes can't handle more then 15,000 rpm and i stayed under that*
Any suggestions welcome!

the hot tanking looks nice. i've neevr done that i always bead blast the pieces. if you fin a machine shop that can do bead blasting ( NOT SAND) have them use a fine (8 i think) grit. it will smooth it a little bit too.

I used a Black & Decker 4" Wire Wheel Brush, part #70-140, attached to my drill.
The principale remains the same, from what you were Initially doing with the Dremal, except this won't burn out. Go lightly and you''ll have zero scratches.
Results - Immaculate. scraped all the dirt/carbon off revealing a true shiny appearance. The brush gets In tight to reach crevices.
