don't go with the GP sports kit. everyone and thier mothers have that kit on their cars. It's the equivalent to the popularity of the DEMON kits for hondas.
You don't see too many Border kits these days ( but i expect this to change, which is why I'm going to modify mine to stand out even more. I'm a non-conformist )
here is the type I I was talking about. It's the same lower portion as the one from corksport but has the headlights you mentioned.

at this point you have to import it. You can try to get a hold of FDnewbie "the #1 source for JDM" goodies and see if he can help you with that. go to the rx7club homepage and look for FDnewbie imports in the VENDORS section.
The only other choice isto TRY to get ShineAutoProject (SAP) to make a COPY but neither SAP nor anyone who frequents their section acknowledged my thread asking for a copy of the TYPE II to be made. Click on my name, go to VIEW PROFILE and click on the link that says "search for threads STARTED by user" if you wanna go to my old thread and post to bring it to their attention but this time regarding the Type I.

It's for the Type II but you can TRY and see if they want to do the TYPE I.

with the frame bent like yours is I would not fix it.. but thats my opinion

both cars look fixable. If you love your car and don't want to let it go then just straighten the frame professionally and get the new (USED) panels and get the car back to normal. Only if you LOVE your car and WANT to keep it.

Like was stated earlier, withthat little of damage and with that color of a vert, it is worth fixing. If you change your mind though, PM me a price on the doors... j/k Fix it up man! And what is wrong with a TII auto swap?? since it won't be "original" anymore you may as well add the turbo motor
