Acceleration times from MotorTrend

I was digging through the iluvmyrx7.com site (great site if I didn't say it when you gave us the link), and I came across the MotorTrend article on the '86 GXL RX7. It listed their acceleration times as...

0-30 2.91 sec
0-40 4.68 sec
0-50 6.65 sec
0-60 8.13 sec
0-70 12.11 sec
0-80 15.86 sec

1/4 16.34 @ 82mph

Top Speed...

138mph

Braking...

30-0 37 ft
60-0 161 ft

They also noted that one of the cars they had their (they had 6...all N/A's) pulled a 0-60 of 7.7 sec, that's a pretty damn good time if you ask me (and shows the potential of the car when it's running in it's prime stock condition ).

Just thought some people might want to see this (especially new people), and might not know about his site.

The 7.7 NA was a Sport. Car & Driver found simular results.

Not too many of the fully loaded GXL models ever did better than 8 seconds.
