Is it running right now? your doing exactly what im up to right now, except im using a stock S4 turbo and not the S5.
theres some nice turbine porting pics at fc3spro.com, you should try it instead of just doing the wastegate if you havent done so already.
I also have the S4 TII intake manifolds, and porting them isn't a huge deal. However to match up with the stock 6 ports on the NA engine, theres one side where this exhaust chamber, wich I think is for the EGR system, is really close to the port. If you port it to match up with the 6th port, im worried that it will cut into this egr passage..

yea its pretty small but it gets the job done right know in the winter it cools the car faster than the engine can heat it up but the radiator is big so thats probably normal for winter. aslo i want to find a bigger one like one with a shroud do you know were one could be found? prefrably out of another car.

I use a fan from a ford escort, picked up at a junkyard for $30. I mid to early 90s model if i remember correctly. The shroud fits the stock radiator perfectly, so it should work with what you have as well.

Interesting oil line arrangement.
Did you consider tapping the rear banjo bolt?
Also, you'll need something stronger then spring clamps to prevent leaks. We're talking about upwards of 70 PSI of oil pressure. And you should create a ridge at the end of the oil tubes to help prevent the flexible section from blowing off.
