88 n/a still floods after having injectors cleaned

they dont leak so whats the deal? i dont know why but the engine still floods, any thoughts guys?

Ok, check.

#1- compression low compression leads to flooding.

Also can you explain the removal of the PD for me why would you do that?

A compression test is always the first thing you should do when flooding becomes a problem. Not that cleaning the injectors isn't a good thing to do anyway.

ok comp test it is.
also rrtec-
i removed the pd to reduce the risk of a fire, after much searching and reading the oly downside to pulsation dampener removal is slightly lover injector life expectancy due to what plumbers call waterhammer. i see replacing injectors every 60-100k a much better alternative to possibly losing my investment

ok i havent had a chance to check compression, but if it was bad i wouldnt have pulled 165 hp on stock ports, now would i?
so for the time being lets assume my comp is fine, what else can i check then?

HP numbers really don't have a lot to do with cranking compression on these engines, you can have 500WHP and still only have 60PSI of cranking compression which can either be due to worn housings/seals or slow cranking speeds.
