87 TII in J/Y

I found this 87 (I think) TII in a local junkyard. If I can get a title ( the J/Y doesn't have it) then they will sell the car for 300-400 dollars. The only thing I'm worried about is that the car has been sitting for a while. Will the dried up carbon in the engine break off the apex seals or cause other damage when I first crank it? The only thing wrong with the car is a busted back glass and I'm assuming the engine is in decent shape.

It's probably been sitting for 3 years at the most. So I should use oil in the SP hole. What about ATF, doesn't that do more cleaning?

P.S.: Where at in No. Va do you live? What kind of RX-7 shops are around there 'cause I've never heard of any here. I know of one in Manassas.
