Unhappy 87 rx7 turbo II needs love, HELPPPP

hey Every One This Is My First Post And Yeah I Got Issues With My Rx7, Im Hoping That Some Of You Can Offer Me Some Guidance With My 87 Rx7 Turbo 2,
Well I Just Picked It Up About A Month And A Half Ago, And She Has Alot Of Hesistation Around 3000-4000 Rpm's And Just Recently, I'm Having A Annoying Squealing Noise Coming From Under The Hood At 3000-3200 Rpms I Have Brand New Belts On There, Im Beginning To Think That It Might Have Something To Do With The Stock Fan, Im Going To Install A New Fuel Filter Today, With Hopes That Might Help With The Hesitation, My Luck It Wont Do Much Of Anything. Im Not Trying To Go To High Over 3-4000 Rpms Until I Solve The Squealing Noise. My Luck My Engines About To Blow And I Just Dont Know It Yet,if Ur Apex Seals Are Shot Does The Engine Just Blow ? Or Do U Have Some Sort Of Warning At Least?? Anyone Know??
I Hope All This Hesitation And Squealing Noise Isnt Something Serious.. Im Looking For Some Simple Solutions, Which Probably Isnt Gonna Happen ...it Sucks Everyone Wants To Mess With Me On The Road... And I Cant Fly Through Gears Over 4 Rpms With Out This Squealin Going On.. Also I Had To Turn My Idle To A Little Above 1000 Rpms, Because It Kept Stalling When Trying To Start And While Driving And Coming To A Stop It Would Stall Out I Have A Constant Smoke Coming Out The Exhaust Now Even In Idle, When I First Got The Car, Me And The Previous Owner Replaced The Old Turbo Because The Bearing Was Done And There Was Alot Of Shaft Play, Very Little Spool, And We Put Another Used Turbo On There And Little By Little The Smoke Slowly Went Away After I Guess All The Grease Burned Out The Racing Beat Exhaust, And Now Its Backk... My Oil Pan Leaks, I Have A New Oil Pan Seal, I Have Yet To Install It.. Not The Radiator Cap But The Other Cap For Antifrieeze Is Leaking From Seal Under The Cap By One Of The Two Bolts....im Tempted To Drop It Off At My Local Rotary Specialist On Long Island And Tell Them To Work Some Magic, But Im Afraid Im Gonna Have A Hefty Bill, So If I Can Do Some Of This Myself, With The Help Of Some Research And Some Feedback From You Guys That Would Be Great.. Im Glad Theres A Place For Rotary Fans Like Myself..thank You To Anyone That Can Help, I Also Wouldnt Mind Meeting Up With People In My Area With Rx7's, If Theres Any Time Or Place To Meet Up Please Let Me Know... Thanks Again!

th hesitation is usally a ground issue. now the noise could be a bunch of things. could be the belts even though they are new you have to re tighten them after a while. could be the turbo is its bad hitting the sides of the housings and if thats the case that also could be why you see smoke. but if you car is dying at idle and you see smoke than you could be running extremly rich. what does the smoke look like blue black white? what does it smell like??

There that's a little better.

whats too hard to read ?

The whole thing.

Well just the lack of punctuation, strange capitalization, and the run on sentences, run on paragraphs, etc make it too hard to get through.

By making your turbo spin backward you mean shudder when you let off the throttle?

As for the readability issue, I usually put my post into spell check just to avoid people picking at the spelling and grammar rather than what I was saying.

no, I hated english in school, and never claimed it to be my native language.

It is simply the method of communication on this board. The more clear and easy to read something is posted, well; the more it will actually get read and answered.

So street patois and internet slang does not get very far here.
