1987 RX7 GXL, Auto, 89k miles. Idles high at first and will surge randomly ( depending on the weather; Some guys said to check the AWS, Bypass air control valve, and the TPS. )

Shift kit installed. All original paperwork, good interior, everything works. 2+2, slight damage to the rear 1/4 panel but not that bad ( very small crack, the friend got it estimated at $250 to repair at most. ) Hole in exhaust either at the downpipe, or right after the downpipe, but it's loud.

$800 is it worth it? Or am I gonna go through a lot of B.S.?

Check for any vacuum leaks. My car did the same thing as yours... then the engine went out.

It's not mine yet. I'm just asking to see if it'd be worth it to buy it. The guy is trustworthy, He knows a lot of my friends, and I've heard good things about him. He even seemed sincere...after I looked at the car, we sat there and talked about cars for like 4 hours. rofl. But anyway, he even tried to help me get the car easier.
