87 n/a -> 91 turbo j-spec motor??

just kinda wondering....how hard do you think the wireing for a 87 n/a to 91 turbo j-spec motor would be? is it really that hard if i have the front clip? and the shop keeps saying after minor change....anyone knows what that means exactly?
