i'm starting to see why you guys get so upset now...

Search the FAQ at the top of 2nd gen section.

Yes, 13BT will fit.

Out of curiosity, how long you had a 7? What's the whole story on the engine(s)? we all know these engines are rotary and 1.3 liters, that's what "13B" means. You just spat a bunch of info, what's the story?

Yes the 13bt will fit. Just know there are a few *recommended* things you should upgrade as well. The search function is very helpful, not only on the info about you're topic, but also people that may have done this swap in the past.

if you need someone to put it in, you should be posting the regional sections for the area in which you live, not here in the 2nd gen technical section. However I personally doubt that anyone would be willing to do an 13BT engine swap into a non turbo for only $500.

Toss in that seldom are used motors (like Jspecs) a good choice for anything but rebuilding you may have trouble even locating a decent motor and drive line.

And drop that attitude newbieRX-7. You won't get any help from anyone if you cop an attitude right off.

Wait, I'm confused... Newbie, are you asking to get a shop to both purchase an engine, AND swap it in, for $500? Or is your $500 price labor alone?

I have been givin an offer for the 13bt from a friend but if i got the engine i would only have 500$ left for labor

your going to really hard pressed to find a place that will install for that pice your much better off learning how to do it and spending that money on actually geting it running.
