86 won't idle in gear after banjo bolt mod

Does anyone know where I can get a code reader for my 86 rx7 n/a? I bought the car with the fuel leak. I installed the banjo bolt. I took the car for a ride and it had no power. alot of hesitation. In neutral it revs fine, but under load it has a pronounced hesitation. It has also developed a vibration. It came on in the garage, all of the sudden. not terrible, but there. It compression tested 85-90 on both cylinders with compression tester check valve removed. both cylinders give 3 good pulses. Since the vibration it will not idle in gear. Seems to start and idle fine in park. Keep in mind I bought this car with a fuel leak on e-bay, so I never drove it. I ran it to put it on the trailer. It started well and revved good. But it was not run under load. I am new to the rotary thing. I bought the car for for my son. I am very interested in the technology, but not very proficient. Any help you guys could give to this mopar musclecar guy would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Former boinger, Current rotary addict
