Odds are you you have a shot housing and probably rotor as well. You should probably disassemble the engine to see how extensive the damage, before ordering parts. Also price good condition used engines, they can usually be purchased for less than the single replacement rotor and housing.

Just some things to consider.

I am not a fan of Atkins. It seems that people on the forum and others I personally know do not have good luck with them. I am buying mine from RA Rotary Aviation. It is up to you...

Well I was unaware of any other rotory places that were trusted. If I could find a good s4 core then id rather just do that so I could just use the remaining parts off my motor

Places

http://rx7.com/store/rx7/fcengine_internals.html
http://mazdatrix.com/
http://www.rotaryaviation.com/

I've bought basic things from Rx7 and Mazdatrix, never anything too expensive. I've been able to walk in to Rx7 physical store a few times and they've been helpful and nice.
From Mazdatrix I've had stuff shipped. Shipping/Ordering was decent.

I've not bought from the 3rd site.
http://www.rebuildingrotaryengines.com/
Has some videos, also, mazdatrix has a rebuild video and so does RA, but I've never viewed either
