6PI actuator stuck
Putting my actuators back on I noticed one of the actuators didn't want to compress. Installing the actuator would leave the sleave in a closed position. I'm guessing this isn't normal but I guess I could be wrong? Is there any way to fix is? I noticed a screw on the bottom of the actuator but didn't want to try removing it with out posting here first. The actuator that's busted is the one closes to the airpump/T housing.

Take off the 2-10 mm nuts that hold iit on,tap the actuator to break the gasket seal that seals the actuator onto the manifold. It will Shake loose and then take the actuator and spray some penetrating oil.Like PB Blaster onto the Shaft of the Actuator..Work it back and forth until it is to your liking. It should break the Corrosion Crap off the shaft and allow the Shaft to slide, and bring your actuator back to operational..
When putting the Actuator back on,make sure that the Gasket is in Good condition or use some RTV and carefully apply it as not to clog any holes that the actuator uses..
You are Good to go!
