550cc w/ NOS

i need suggestions for running a 50 shot of nitrous in a 87 gxl na. Need to upgrade the fuel pump and injectors...what size do you guys reccomend? I already got a custom exhaust and intake, ported TB etc... any help appreciated!

actually the stock system should be fine for a dry 50 shot, just make sure the injectors are clean and working properly.

But I would personally also run wet, if I went that route

what could be the problems of running a 50 shot of dry if you got larger secondaries (of course to run only at WOT)
I know wet is better, but with 550's even w/ really open exhaust, intake, and all that jazz yooull run a bit rich more than likely

Yeah Node put it better than I did.

Most of the time you won't be using the NOS, and you will rich which does loose HP on a rotary.

The only advantage of having the 550 is when your using the NOS, but again how often is that gonna be??? everytime you take off from a light?
