I bought all my stuff, wheels included, for either $250 or $300 (I don't remember) from a guy parting out an FC. Find someone who's selling the parts on the forum, there's got to be someone trying to get rid of it. You need the hubs, calipers, brake lines from the calipers, you DON'T need the spindles, you can use the ones you've got, and of course the 5-lug wheels. I was told I needed the brake proportioning valve and brake booster from the 5-lug car, but some folks have said you don't need it (I'm really not sure).

sorry for the hassle
the guy told me 200 for calipers rotors and hubs and the reason everything was so expensive was because he was giving me the wheels at $50 per wheel, and he was giving me the spindles at $80 for all four i think thats why the quote was so high for the 91 N/A rims but thanks for all the help and ill go pick up some brake lines at pep boys or something.
he was overcharging for them hella, i can get those rims for $100 for all 4 from a friend whose probably gonna put some different ones on his 91
