4 lug wheel question

Ok first off i have decided to keep my FC 4 lug. I am looking around for wheels and I found some that I like, but I am unsure if the offset will work? Ive read the thread on wheel fitment but i am still unsure. The wheels i am looking at are the Sportmax 513, them come in 16x7 +15 and 16x8 +0. I am also looking at the Sportmax 002 which come in 16x7 +38. Which would be the better of the two? Or will either work?

best way i've found on the FC is run a maximum 5inch backspace then and don't go wider then 8inches.
sportmax 313 16x7 + 15 has a 4inch back space but is only 7in wide, this will work, but will probably need some fender rolling depending if your car is lowered.
16x8 +0 also has a 4 in back space but will rub on the fender fairly hard.

sportmax 002 has the same dimentions as a factory TII wheel and will work.

What tire would you suggest with the sportmax 513 16x7 + 15 since I planned on rolling my fenders anyway?
