The trailing coil should not have shocked you. It might be possible that the coil is not grounded to the fender properly, or it is damaged. Remove the coil, sand down the contact points of the fender and coil mounting bracket and reinstall.

Also, clean the plug wire boots on the coil ends (on the inside). Clean the coil area where the boots go. Then use a dab of dielectric grease where the boot mates on the coil assembly. Just to make sure the spark isn't jumping to ground due to dirt/carbon.

Actually, it's good to do this on the spark plug side too (the spark likes to jump along any dirt on the insulator), but I'm specifically addressing the coil side since that's where you got shocked.

Update

Okay since the incident,i'm disconnecting the negative battery post and ordered the spark plug wires from japan since.

Then the parcel came a week ago but don't have time to install it.today got some free times and went ahead installing them.

After Triple checking the installation, connecting the negative battery post, ignition on,trying to start her up.(Battery shows green indicator -OK-)
NO CRANK
Can hear the fuel pressure working, but it seems missing the starter motor loud tick and the* tick tick* sound.after sixth attempt,it starts for 2 sec then dies.
Then trying jumping the battery, start it up,also no change.
Am very frustrated...I'm guessing it's the starter motor again....

If the starter solenoid is clicking but the motor isn't turning, yeah, you have a bad starter.

... Or a poor connection at the battery terminals, or a half-dead battery from the previous faulty alternator...

You can run voltage from the battery positive terminal to the Black/White wire which runs to the starter solenoid. The B/W wire is found near the trailing coil. If you have the starter cut relay then it is in that relay plug. This relay has one plug. If you do not have this relay then there will be a Blue plug near the coil which has a U shaped jumper wire on one side of the plug and two or three wires on the other side with one being the Black/White wire. If you power this B/W wire then the starter should engage.
