2nd gen air flow questions
thinking about removing the rubber seal between the hood and firewall. at idle and slow moving I'm sure it'll let hot under hood air escape. but I'm worried about while moving. do you think it would just end up making a "cowl induction" and sucking air under the hood instead of leting air out?
if it did, it would mean more air needs to go through the tranny tunnel which might mean less through the bumper? if the pressure was too high under the hood now from the new air?

I've done this to my '87 for a few years now, and I haven't run into any weird problems.
If you're curious to see what the air is doing, tape down pieces of string in the area and go take a drive!

on 2nd thought the hood scoop with no top IC is gona pull alot more air in then that hood gap would... so I think I'm gona pull that seal off ![Big Grin](https://www.rx7club.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I was amazed today how much hot air was comming out the scoop while stoped now that the stock IC is gone. can't wait to make a reverse one
