what about a 90 TII, what do I need to get 250whp I would like to beat this M3 so bad, I think is a 97 M3. so far I have a intake and a RB full exhaust, planting on rebulding my engine then ported. waht do you guys think.

Honestly, I don't think a 250 whp fc would take the M3. That's just my opinion. but for you to get 250, a fcd and afc and then get dyno tuned with wide band o2 and raise your boost up a little. Actually, you might be seeing boost creep right now. If you're lucky, it won't be major if at all. If you are getting creep, you might be able to catch him if you get a fcd. I've heard of creep from intake/full exhaust going up to 15 pounds, so if you're around 12+, you might keep up. And plus, if you ARE seeing creep, and getting up in high levels of boost like 12+, you might as well let her go and blow it and then do your rebuild. FUN! With a port on the engine, port your wastegate on the turbo and get an afc. boost controller (manual or elec.) and proper tuning, and you could be seeing 230-250 whp. That would probably be the fastest way to see 250 w/ what you have and what you're planning on. If you really wanted the power RIGHT now, there is ALWAYS nitrious.

if its a older style m3 (95-99) i think u would be able to take it. They only had 240 HP to the flywheel and ran mid to low 14s so i don't think beating one would be too hard. Now one of the new ones umm well good luck

Laughing gas works fine on rotarys. I have put 125 shots through my 90 N/A and never had a problem.
EGT's go through the roof though.
250 on an N/A is not easy. Even on a TII it takes an MBC and lotsa fuel.
Not much sure the differences between strength in an S4 and S5 N/A but be sure you motor is in good shape and that you have the fuel pump to handle the juice.
Nitrous is not gonna make you happy as its a "time to time" Thing. Not always there but you get used to the extra power and the $ runs up quick.
Turbo, SC, Nitrous its all More air allowing you to run more fuel = More power. Forced induction is forced induction.
