2 wiring questions
ok i have some non oem fog lights and was moving the switch to the coin try area. I bought some Rocker Switch. rated 25 AMP/12 V DC 12 AMP/24V DC.
So i tried hooking my foglights to it and flipped the dwitch nothing happened moved the conectors to diffrent ports(its a 3 prong) and still nothing. Is the switch to strong that the fogs arnt triggering it?
2nd Question how would i wire in a battery cutt off switch and would i be able to use such mentioned switches above?

first of all even though your switch is probably big enough for the lights. you should use a relay. not only is it much better for the switch. but it will turn the lights off when car is off if wired probably. instead of killing your battery when you forgot to turn off the switch the way it is now.
as for the switch. asuming everything else is right I guess the swtich isn't. I hate 3 prong switchs and I never use them. I like the 2 prong ones.
as for a battery kill switch... you need like 150 + amps.. you can buy them but are $$$ and huge.

because you've wired something wrong. or blown the fuse trying (I hope you have one)
what is the route of your wires? battery, switch, lights, ground etc

i blew the fuse once but replaced it.
The wiring goes like this:
Fog light to Fog light to a split that goes off to the battery wich the positive terminal has a 15amp fuse then goes to 3 port toggle switch witht the third port as ground
