its not hard. Once I figured out how to get the seat out,it took me about 30mins, not including carpet. os maybe an hour or so total work time.
also, you should try and find something to put in the holes where the seatbelts bolt in or rock and dirt and water and stuff can come up into the car(under the bins). just put the bolts from the belts back in if you can, but I couldn't get them out.

There is a big molding piece that you put where the seats were...and the bins fit into those. I'm sure you can get them from anyone selling them, or if you have a UPULL type of wrecking yard, you can usually find them there (at least by my place I can usually always see them around).
