the 1millionth thread of "my car wont start"
srry to post another thread, i did a search but got so many, and with little time to read all of them i decided to make a new post describing my cars symptoms to get a decent response that would involve problems with my car. 2 days after i got it i blew a radiator hose while driving it, and sense my engine temp gage in the car doesnt work, i couldnt tell how long i was overheating my engine. When i got home i noticed all the smoke and steam coming from under the hood and opend it to let it cool off, after replacing the hose and fluid, i tried to start it but with my luck, ofcourse didnt start. Since then i have takin off the throttle body and intake mani and cleaned them thuroughly, replaced a few cracked vacuum hoses and put everthing back together, put in new spark plugs and sparkplug wires and got a new battery. tried to start it, once again , didnt start, could my ingine need a rebuild or is there a faulty part. Any recommendations on what might be the problem would be greatly apreciated, ty.

I'm not all that smart at finding problems with cars and have checked his out...and found nothing =/ so anyone that can help please do. I can't find the problem ><
-also the compression HAS been checked and is ok, so I don't think it's a blown seal.

I had to do this a month ago - it's not too bad to do, and mine kicked right over.
But they aren't kidding about 'alot of smoke'...

The compression testing of a rotary needs to be able to capture the three compressions of each rotor revolution. A normal compression gauge (for piston engines), when used on a rotary engine, will only show you the highest compression of the three pulses.
