Wonder what their asking price is? Probably $15k-ish. I love verts, but would have a hard time justifying that price.

drawback being it will need maintenance after all these years, but keep in mind even $15k is a fraction of what it cost new not counting inflation.

but with advancements you can get more from a newer car with the same amount of money.

curious to see what it winds up selling for.

had an 18k mile original white '88 vert come in, it also was near new condition. even had the original '88 funky single year spark plugs installed from the factory.

IF it's a 90 why does it have the 91 black plastic air filter top with "mazda" cast into the plastic?

I noticed that too, door jam sticker says 6/90 build date, perhaps that '91 model change got started a hair before the '91s?

One of my customers with a black '95 also has a montego blue '94 touring with...... wait for it...... 921 original miles. Car's been modified a bit too, but nothing crazy.

He's planning on flatbedding it to IRP for some work in the future. I almost don't want that kind of a liability around the place

I see it has the original Bridgestone RE71s, also looking new; mine had them when I got it when it was 6 years old, but they were done. Supercar tires, back in the day.

I believe that car listed on eBay late last Fall by the original owner in NJ. I remember saving pictures of the the car for reference. I had always wondered if it had survived Sandy.

I wonder if it sold? The Vantage Sports car page shows it as newly listed, but eBay no longer shows it.

I'm sure it didn't meet reserve.

I just checked. High bid a hair over 15K wasn't high enough. Didn't meet reserve.

I was going to ride over and look at it for curiosity, but looks like some lucky person already bought it. Vantage website said SOLD.
