1988 Front Wheel Question

Does anyone here know how big a deal it is to change front wheel bearings & seals on a 1988 RX?
Is it like the '87 - you have to replace the entire rotor?

Last bearing that went out on me I just picked up a used hub for20 bucks and slapped it on.
