Is there a problem modifying the 1600's to fit the stock rail?

We don't NEED one. FD guys usually do NEED it. Specially if they're using 1600s that are top feed.

As for the rails that were made by K2RD......

A fuel rail is no VOODOO magic stuff.....

In reality.. its just a piece of aluminum with a hole bored through it and the ends tapped for the -an ports for the fuel lines.. the only part that is "hard" is the injector mounting location... that has to be pretty damn straight....

Now then... If we were to say.... measure the total length of my K2RD Rail... and the center to center distance of the injector holes......... I'm pretty sure that Marren would be able to put the holes in the bottom for the injectors and tap the ends for port plugs for a small fee

then you could easily come up with a mounting bracket similar to the K2RD one..

The you can have yourself a nice fuel rail and stop being jealous of mine
