1600 CC injectors
I bought a K2RD secondary Fuel rail for 1600 CC injectors.. Cool,,,
Then I went out and found the cheapest posible place i could get the 1600CC bosch injectors.
I got the injectors, they are nice, but not what I was expecting... The tops are brown and have a Chrysler Symbol on them.. Hmmm, no big deal, right......
Soooooo My buddy is running an Autec ECU with 4 1600CC injectors on his 3rd gen (primary AND secondary) He's running the blue ford style injectors and is having trouble getting it to idle.. He gets out the Autec supplement and finds out that the Chrysler injectors that I got have the fastest response time of any of the 1600's... he tried to steal them.. i caught him!!!! He got his own... Now the car runs perfectly.
ANYWAY, the point is, if you are planning on running 1600's, get the Chrysler type.
I got mine from Bruce at five-o motorsports in Californnia for 67.50 a piece, and that was the best price i found anywhere
Just some infor for the masses. I still have his email in my contacts list if yall want it... (he's a mustang guy, be carfull....

I run 4 x 1680's on a 91 T60-1 turbo car, and it is a bit tricky to get a stable idle, but I worked on it and its fine... Mine don't have any logo on them, but on a TII there top feed (FYI). Interesting that Fords style don't work and Mopar work for him...

the injectors are damn near identical (he's running top feed as well)... the only difference we found is the response time and the color of the body....

Re: 1600 CC injectors
Mr. Decay,
It's Autronic, not Autec.

just an fyi. Stock port tII motor, 550 primaries, 1680 secondaries, would hold an idle without any problem with the 1680s at 40% of the primaries duration.
ie: i set my idle ms to 2.65, 550s fire at 2.65, secondaries fire at 40% of that.
Theyre quick.
Now I scrapped that and staged them so the secondaries dont come on to 4000 rpm, but just adding my .02$
