Is the stock motor dying on you or something? If you've been taking good care of it, it should be good for at least another 50k.

I too am debating going TII or staying NA. I recently was offered a rebuilt streetported TII longblock for around $2200. Thats not bad, since its coming from a VERY respectable rotory shop. This price also includes the fact that there will be no core exchange. I'm gonna try to get it cheaper, if I can, and I've already got Garfinkle on my side to help with the fab work on an intercooler and all the other BS involved. I can get you the same deal on a motor if you want, PM me.

Keep in mind the s5 TII components are harder to find that the s4 TII parts. The engine itself isn't the problem because a J-spec can be had pretty cheap, but all the misc. parts like ECU, boost sensor, ect. will be a little more expensive and harder to find.

Make sure you have the time, the means and all the parts to complete the swap and you'll be fine.
