13B RE Exhaust ports -- anything to improve here?

Lots of restriction here -- is there anything I can (should?) do about this? Specifically I'd like to do it w/o doing a complete teardown unless I absolutely have to.

No. Your not getting them out without taking the whole thing apart. The ports are fine man, dont sweat em. Ive already reseached this particular rubject. Theyre only worth replacing (with FD sleeves) if youre pulling the motor apart, even then theyre a bitch to switch. I personally wouldnt screw with them ever. Theyre fine.

if you want to make them better you definitely need to tear down the engine. You don't want **** getting into the engine do you?
