12a in a fc?

I am getting a 12a for hooking up a rx-7 deal with a friend. Now the guy selling us the cars and engines, told me that the 12a will bolt right into the fc. Will it and does anybody know for sure if its going to screw up the weight ratio?

okay a 12a wont mount directly up to a fc... a fc has the motor mounts on the bottom sides of the engine. The 12a mounts are loacted on the front cover. Also 12a makes now POWER.. I had a 1st gen and it could barley pull its the FB which is 700lbs less than the FC, I'll let you think about that........ 700lbs more ,but it could barley pull one 700lbs less hhhmmmmm

but with the larger apex seals that are in the 12a, I was told that it could produce up to 400bhp with out popping . I have a friend with a first gen with about 150000 miles on the original engine and the car runs more smoothly then my FC and I have under 100000. Plus he's got a turbo kit for the12a that I might buy.

A 13B can do that too, quite easily. Not to mention dropping the 12A in will probably run you a bit more than installing a 13B, and be slower.

If bigger seals is your thing, go get a 13bt with the RA 3mm's and just port the **** outta that thing and run something like 20 psi.

Or maybe you could jus use 2 bottles of NOS. The big ones. And I need them tonight.
Then you'l hev enough NOS in there to blow yourself up. Perion.

They do if they are not taken care of regularly, don't know about yours but my n/a went for a whole year of redlining to 7,000 , 5-6 times a day. Had 135k on the motor. It never goes anywhere about arguing if a recipricating engine is better than a rotary or vice versa.

yeah... and the v8 i have... with a fairly large cam... makes more power at its rough 900rpm idle than your car at peak....

dont you think that it is a dumb and immature to say v8 is bad under those reasons?

I don't think piston engines are bad, they have their upsides, but I prefer rotary engines =D Anyways, 12a=less power sell it and buy yourself a spiffy new tie or something..lol

I have a 12A in my FB and its gutless! I can't even imagine trying to put a 12A in a heavier FC. I can't wait to throw a 13B in my FB so I can get a little more power and torque.
