10th AE value?
How much would you folk pay for a 10th AE that is in excellent mechanical condition, excellent paint, and good interior? The current mod on the car are as follow.
10th AE with 190k miles on chassis
rebuilt street port motor with 10k miles
HKS F-con ecu
HKS SSBOV
HKS HiPower dual exhaust
Autometer oil and boost meter
R/B midpipe
D/P
Sony head unit with 10 disk changer, amps, and other stereo related gadgets.
Eibach springs with Tokico shocks
Eibach sway bars
Mazdatrix brace
Volk Racing GT-N in 17by 8 and 17by 9s
Toyo FZ4 tires in 235s and 255s
cross drilled rotors on all four corners.
89 taillights with stock AE as spares
The car has been repainted to OEM color with very minor nick on the hood and bumper. Otherwise, the paint is very glossy.
The interior has some minor crack plastic trim pieces, but the seats are still in excellent condition.
The car is in excellent running condition, pulls hard in every gear and idles perfectly.

Hey guys,
I had purchase this FC to replace my wife’s previous 10th AE, which she rolled off an embankment during the rain. She has always loved the look and feel of the 10th AE over the replacement FD. And this was my 5 Th year anniversary gift to her. Need less to say, I did get none that night! She just gave birth to our new baby boy.
When I first saw the ad for this 10th AE I couldn’t believe the asking price, I thought that this was too good to be true kind of deal. The guy was asking $5600.00 firm. I just blew it of for a day or so thinking that it must be really jacked up. Well, a day later I called and arrange too see the car, I was blown away at how clean this FC was. I drove okay but it hesitated at certain rpm, this is due to a vacuum leak at the BOV hose. The car has been repainted and is in fantastic condition. I immediately put an offer and was shot down. A day later, I offered the same price of $5300.00 and the deal was done.
I just wanted to make sure that I didn’t pay too much for it. It seem like the general consensus is that I got a really good deal on this AE. I took me about 13 month to find a clean AE, but man it was worth the wait.

Anyone have the pre-cat laying around, I'll take it of your hands.

Man, that's almost as clean as mine I'd say 5k is a good offer for the car, especially with an awesome interior like it has! Very clean, sure it's not 90k miles instead of 190k miles.
10AE... the few, the proud....
