Damn, no offense but I didnt realize that having an auto made it that much slower.

.564 is a decent reaction though for a first timer.

Not bad reaction.
My 88 SE(manual) did a 17.4 and my best reaction was .510.
I ran my 88 GTU?(manual) once and it did a 17.1(didn't get my 60ft down)

Although my top speeds were like 80MPH

I have a crazy idea. Sell the S5 auto for $2500 and buy an S4 manual (base or GXL) for $1500 and spend $1000 on mods. I think you would be happier with an S4 if you want all out NA performance. All the fast NA second gens I have seen here on this forum were S4's with the manual. I spent $1200 on my car before I f&*^ed up its engine, leading to my ambitious strip down and build-up project down there- \/ However, it ran excellently before I messed it up. Something to consider.

It's not hard at all to convert an automatic to a manual. I did it on my '91, no problem. I would suggest getting a lightened flywheel, since you already have the counterweight. Just add pedals and the clutch stuff. One thing is that blinking hold light on the dash. I told everyone it was for "Hold On Tight"..lol.
