Danm dude thats alot for that amount of damage is there frame damage or something hidden ?

if you only have liability then i doubt they'll be of much help. if you had collision, you could file the claim with them, instead of erie, but they'd probabally try to screw you anyway

It might be a complete total. Mine was in an accident for about close to 4k, and they totaled it, i got 3500 and still got to keep my car. i had a friend fix it for 300 and that was it. that was about two years ago .. money is gone already

Insurance man came this morning. he said it was a total. Salvage value is only $75 though. They are still trying to figure out what the fair market value is though.
