I wonder if it were possible to make something do dispurse the light in an contained circle, to create the look you guys have, but smoothed out, without actualy seeing the individual LEDs.

^

just cut it in shape of the circle and slap it in there, or keep the diffuser lenses in there instead of removing it *aka modernizing*

you can do anything with S5 tails if your willing to get creative, cutting plastic inside, glueing etc.. make some bricks etc

Thanks for the comments guys, I had always wanted to make a set of these, but 2 months ago these lights came up on yahoo auctions..

The main lights themselves look fairly simple, they guy took a bunch of led's with little chrome reflectors around them and mounted them to disks he made from raw carbon. After that he wired it all up and they come out the stock plug hole. My only peeve with these lights is that he didn't mount them so the circles are 100% matched up a few of them are off.

Hypertek, I didn't know you finally painted your car. Looks good man!

In the post right above yours I just explained how I bought them already done. I won't be doing a write up. You can follow Hypertek's though.

I've been wondering, does the stock oscillation dim the lights if you just wire to the stock plug?

looks good.

tofuman:there's all kinds of ways to do that. google PC case modding, those guys do all sorts of tricks with LED lighting.

Hyper: Do you think that would difuse it enough? I was thinking of maybe milk glas kind of plastic, you know the white stuff. It's just that some LEDs are extremly bright, that maybe nothing works...

Jesse: Thanks man, I'll keep that in minds if I ever do it.
