Rob, its actually pretty nice seeing 300 on the speedo when you look at it . Thank God the metric system didn't go the other way from imperial .

Well that was really the plain for me when i get the motor a full brigeport and take of the limiter then well i can have it set to 9.5-10 and really not have to worry about haveing to get a new gauge to fit the new porting.

Ouch... $400.. >_<

If you're planning to spend a bunch of time up there, I've been told that you should have the rotors cut down slightly [as in, take a fraction off of one of the sides so that it can't wobble and touch the plates], also rotating assembly balancing is important for that speed..

yes of course... Mazdas LeMans winning 787B revved to 9k, so you'll be fine.

I'm thinking of putting a formula 1 steering wheel in my car. I should be able to rev to 16000. I'll keep a piece of tape over the stock tach though, because it only goes to 8.

Be sure to check the accuracy of the tach as well, my stock tach at 7500rpm is off almost 1000rpm

Ouch, $400! I'm not one to talk though. My user title says it all. The amount of money the dealer has gotten from me the past couple of years is ludicrous and something you all would laugh at.

Nice!

Just searched on Enet and only found 3 pics. A white S4 cluster, 87 t-66's white S5 cluster and this one.

I think i would like one of these, the black version.
