Thought this was crazy. Look at the fc compared to the truck. It's like a micro machine. lol

Hmm, I was thinking about getting a set of Crown Vics, but it looks like I'd have to do a pretty aggressive roll, stretch tires, run lots of camber, etc... I'm not in a position to do any of that any time soon :/.

Yeah, I'm always surprised by how small the FC really is. I parked between a Cobalt and a Grand Am a couple days ago, and they looked like like 80's Cadillacs next to the FC .

i should post pics up of my S4 TII once i complete the S5 trim conversion and swap with black interior just to spite you all.

swapping just about everything that is aesthetically and reliably superior from both models.

Here are some of my past S4 rx7's (all 1987 turbos) from over the past 23 years. The grey one had S5 trim, bumpers and tail lights. Now I'm currently in the process of building a 91 S5.

I'm located in Western North Carolina. The car I'm working on now will be a lot nicer than my previous cars.

Were those Kamanari front and rear half bumpers, and the spoiler? 17 inch BBS RS wheels?

Thanks for the compliments. The white car had Kaminari front airdam 1/2 bumper, rear spoiler, and rear 1/2 bumper cover pieces with American Racing 3pc mesh wheels in 16x7 (they looked almost identical to the BBS RS wheels), and a pacific glass sunroof. Also, had an upgraded turbo similar to a bnr stage 2, HKS evc, HKS front mount intercooler, HKS Fcon, AIC, HKS downpipe, presilencer, trust 70mm catback mufflers and y-pipe. The car ran decent for back in the day. I finally sold the car in December of 1994 and didn't buy another until 1996.

Wow, those look great. What do you mean by stepped crown vics though? Was there anything special you had to do to make them fit?

^^If you run skinny tires like a 205 or 215 they should fit just fine. Although you do need to run a 5mm spacer up front if you have 4pot brakes.^^

You sound like an original FC enthusiast. You had so many cool parts on those cars!

Seeing macs car makes me wonder if my s5 mint tails didn't sell for a reason other than the price. lol

Maybe it was meant to be that I keep them for a day I want to use them.
