cheers guys, yeh it bloody out there.
I'm really happy with it. It not what I had planned but all good.
It was meant to have box jelly fish, but kinda got changed along the way
there is a manta ray on the bonnet as well, may start a thread once I get the engine in and going.

I bought it last month!! The original owner is Seth W.. From my understanding this was a whole restoration project!! Its really clean!! Other then I want to get more horses out of it!! Its puttung out 390hp!!
My first car was a 1986 rx-7 and then I put her away because I was going through engines like crazy! So I decided to ry the muscle car life and it was great but got boring to to fast!! Well I actually wrecked the stang and I decided to go back into the rotary.... I wana have a monster engine built for this 7.. The only thing is I dont trust anyone around my area!! So if you all know where I can get a beast buikt at let me know.. Thanks

It was a bit under a year from when I tore the motor/trans out to when I got to drive it again. I'll admit that the shine tends to go away once you start driving the car a lot. Road dust does accumulate and try as you can it will never be as clean as it was when it was fresh installed.

i think the hardest part was cleaning up the wire harness for me. Not really hard, more like annoying and time consuming. The rest was pretty easy, im happy that the FC engine bay is far more user friendly than many if not all piston equiped cars. No craping my knuckles on unbolting hard to get areas. XD
